Leigh Ann Garrett, Director of Sales and Marketing

I am Leigh Ann Garrett, Director of Sales and Marketing and Matt’s wife of 20 years. I joined the Garrett Construction Team in 2010. It has been very rewarding to be a part of the successful Garrett Construction Team and to add my expertise in sales and marketing. I grew up in Clinton Tennessee and graduated from UT with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. I spent most of my career working in the Senior Care Industry. I was Director of Sales and Marketing for Kindred Healthcare’s East Tennessee District, Administrator of Atria Weston Place Assisted Living and Regional Director of Operations for Camellia Home Health. The greatest parallel and reward throughout all my career is being in the business of helping people. It is an honor and a privilege to work with Matt and our stellar team to help people with their construction needs.

Today I have advanced to project management overseeing construction projects from start to finish. My background consists of small business ownership, which encompasses most of the work I perform today. What I enjoy most is getting the opportunity to know my clients, and seeing that the job is completed to the best of our team’s ability. I currently reside in West Knoxville with my wife of 20 years and two teenage children.

Ken Rochelle, Project Manager
